I helped my learners to achieve their personal and professional goals. This will involve to identify their strengths, values, and areas for growth, and then developing a plan to help them make meaningful changes in their lives.

Transformational coaching: help in overcoming trauma or negative patterns of behavior.

Goal-setting :
to identify their goals and aspirations, and then help them create a plan to achieve those goals.

Mindset coaching :-
to identify and overcome limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviors that are holding them back.

Personal development:-
to develop the skills and strategies needed to succeed, such as time management, communication, and self-care.
