About ALBERT
My name is Albert Fatikhov, and I am a World Championship medalist in Nordic Walking and the President of the Nordic Walking Association of North America (NWANA). I have extensive experience coaching beginners, fitness enthusiasts, and competitive athletes. My mission is to help people improve their health, fitness, mobility, and confidence through proper Nordic Walking technique and structured training. Whether your goal is weight loss, better endurance, rehabilitation, or athletic performance, I will help you achieve it safely and effectively.

Russian
Each Nordic Walking lesson begins with a warm-up and mobility exercises to prepare the body for movement. The main part of the session focuses on proper Nordic Walking technique, posture, pole use, coordination, endurance, and fitness development. Depending on your goals, lessons may include interval training, strength exercises, balance work, or competition preparation. Every session finishes with a cool-down, stretching, and recovery recommendations to help you improve safely and effectively.
