About Cameron
I enjoy teaching mathematics because of it's diversity and seamless transition into the real world. Helping people to understand the fundamentals of this subject and watch their understanding grow as the topics become more advanced is fulfilling and the in- person interactions with those i have previously taught has inspired me to develop my tutoring skills further.
I am a friendly considerate teacher and always have my students bests interests in mind, my aim is the make my lessons actually enjoyable compared to mundane teaching that can often leave students feeling fatigued and develop a hatred for a particular topic.

I am a 21 year old Mechanical engineering graduate (Loughborough University), I have been tutoring maths to students since secondary school, i believe in making my lessons interesting and promote the understanding the use of subjects in the real world to help develop a greater appreciation for the topic and incentivise individual study.
Lessons will be individually adapted based upon the students requirements. A comprehensive coverage of the course can be provided alongside tutoring based upon the students perceived most difficult subjects.
Prior to the lesson, the topics of interest will be discussed and i will form a series of individual notes, practice questions and relevant extra reading materials that i shall bring with me to the studying session.
The typical length of a lesson would be between 1 and 2 hours, this will likely be split into 20 minute sections of which a new topic will be discussed each time.
Depending on the level of Mathematics being taught i will alter my lessons to make them more interesting and thought provoking, providing real world context and applications to the subjects being covered.
