About Edward
I am a highly qualified Historian, who has had great personal and tutee success in the past. I take a relaxed approach to tutoring, after all if it isn't enjoyable it won't be memorable! I can tutor students from all examination boards, however AQA and OCR I am particularly knowledgable about. I have a 1st Class degree (with honours) in History from the University of Nottingham. I also have a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (with distinction) from the University of York. I have written for Teaching History, and I am currently a Secondary school History teacher, who tutors in the evenings and at weekends. During school holidays I also offer tutoring during the day. I have an enhanced-DBS check. Should you like to see any documents relating to my qualifications or DBS check, I would be happy to provide these.
I am available all weekday evenings, and weekends. Many of my students do not have 'slots', they adjust times accordingly to suit on a week-by-week basis. If you would like to book a 'slot' however, then that is absolutely fine.
I am a supportive expert Historian, and Teacher, who would be delighted to assist tutees of any age or ability.
