I have a student mindset, I am willing to help you help yourself. My lessons would involves 3 stages. Stage 1 is "warm up sprint" Stage 2 is "rest" Stage 3 is "final race". Stage 1, we will go through current work doing at school. Stage 2 we will slow down and learn each aspect in detail. Stage 3 I will test you on what we have learnt. At the end I will ask and accept questions for next session.
