About Simon
Ever since I was young i alwayss developed a love for sport and anything physical. As soon as I got my touch on bodybuilding m, there it was, I found it. my niche.
From bringing another and another and another of my friends to join the gym at such a young age. Knind of ono lead a pathway right for me. Confident I posses what a good attentive and knowledgeable Trainer, should be, can positively say you found the best of the best.

ALWAYS keeping up with latest scientific discoveries and research right at your disposal. We never lack on anything. the same workout over and over and expecting different results is a fools game. Same goes for muscles goes for muscles!
Using all different ranges and techniques not necessarily each time but enough for the muscles not to be used to it. My group lesson can be full of fun and energy an i you enjoy but if laugh,(6 pack will thank you) come on down.
Private tutoring is kept as classified and private as possible(and fun!). Group activities are as fun as possible to keep you all engaged.
