Hi! I’m Claire — a friendly, patient, and creative tutor who genuinely loves helping students learn and build confidence. I’m currently a nursing student with a background in psychology, which strongly shapes the way I teach and connect with students.
My psychology background helps me understand how students learn, where frustration or anxiety can come from, and how to adjust my teaching style to meet each student’s needs. As a nursing student, I’m highly organized, detail-oriented, and used to explaining complex information in clear, approachable ways — skills that translate perfectly into tutoring.
I bring lots of positive energy to every lesson and focus on creating a supportive, judgment-free space where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I love breaking down math into simple, manageable steps and finding creative explanations that make concepts finally click.
