About Jade
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science (honours) degree in Nutrition and Health Science in 2020, completing 4 years of extensive studying of various relevant modules such as food science, psychology, biochemistry, health promotion, public health & disease, epidemiology, nutrition through the lifecycle, etc. Alongside this important degree and my academic background, I am passionate about helping those in need of a little guidance to get on the right track to a long sustainable healthy lifestyle.

My aim is to teach those who may be in need of some guidance surrounding how to develop healthy habits which are sustainable and supports a long term healthy, happy lifestyle. Teaching will include verbal lessons and communication along with documents outlining and summarising everything covered.
