I base my teaching approach off of your personal goals and personality. I want my student/client to feel comfortable with me and actually understanding the complex information that goes into nutrition and health. I make sure my full attention is devoted to them and I’m in a quiet setting and I like to have planned what is going to be discussed previously to that set time.
I’m an athlete of 5 years, I’ve struggled from being underweight to overweight back to underweight again to overweight to underweight and it was just a repeating process. Until one day I broke, I was in an abusive relationship and from the time frame of 6 months of being with him I had lost over 65lbs and was extremely sick. So I said enough was enough, that I loved myself more and I stepped foot in the gym. I got offered a job at a Nutritionist store and blossomed from there. To keep my story short for you, I’m now at a healthy weight within my BMI, I eat the foods I want and love with friends/family, and I have so much knowledge I’ve learned that I’m ready to share with you!
