I use a student-centered teaching approach and differentiated instruction to maintain an inclusive environment. I reach all kinds of learners, whether they are hands-on, auditory, visual or any other kind of learner. My goal is to make healthy cooking fun.
I have an Associate of Science degree in General Studies and am a current Nutrition Science major at Norfolk State University. I trained in culinary arts at College of the Canyons in California and have worked in the food industry.
