It all yielded to positive results, when having a patient complaining of too much sugar (diabetes & Obese patients) helping such on how to manage his/her diet by not skipping any square meals but should be in adequate and they should what to eat and what not to eat. E.g Taking of oat meal in the morning eating of vegetables with any meal and to be taking fruits with every meal. Avoid eating of Red meat any sugar substance...can also recommend a product known as " Diabetamil" good for a diabetic patients.
