About Aga
I am ex-bikini fitness competitor with passion for training and nutrition.
Among many qualifications include an Animal Flow coach certificate, Level 2 and 3 personal training, Strength and Conditioning certificate, FRC mobility and rehab specialist etc. I have years of experience working with groups and individual clients from training through nutrition, with a huge success in both fields.
