Hi I’m Katie
I’m studing Nutritional Science at university.
I’m passionate about health and wellness! I’m particulatrly interested in the role psychology has on diet and lifestyle behaviours, and how they interact with one another.
My hobbies include going to the gym and reading a book in a busy a coffee shop.

The lessons will focus on addressing your concerns regarding your diet and how it’s impacting your health and well-being.
I aim to help equip you with the practical tools you need to improve your understanding of food and also give you a firm grasp of why your issues arise so that you can better manage them in the future.
The lessons last 60 minutes, and in that time, we get to know each other; I give practical and individualised recommendations to help you overcome the obstacles you are facing, and follow up lessons to ensure you’re progressing on a continous basis.
I specialise in women's health and provide information to busy mothers and post-menopausal women. I give lessons to all ages and genders.
