About Efrat
I have been teaching piano for over five years and most recently taught at New York University. I have been playing piano for over 12 years and would love to share my passion with others. I hope to foster an environment that puts the student first. I am learning from my students as they are learning from me and want to focus on their needs and interests.

My overall goal as a teacher is to give students the tools to be self-motivated, curious, and well-rounded musicians no matter their level. Instead of giving the students the answers or telling them how to play something, I strive to create a conversational environment so they can understand why they play things a certain way
