About Gillian
Studying in the heart of the country's largest city, I fought tooth and nail to succeed as a university student. Moving every 2-3 years growing up led to some gaps in my education, so I often had to teach myself concepts that did not come naturally while balancing 2-3 jobs.
I have tutored math since 2021, and focus on teaching students how to approach problems and building confidence. My desired goal is that you no longer need me. I will not just teach you the concept, but how to learn and target weak areas.
Math is accessible, learnable, and applicable. There is always an answer, and with practice and grit, you will always find it.
