I'm excited to give history help for any topic, region, or time period. My favorite areas are Europe and North America either in the ancient or 1500-1945 periods but historical skills transfer well to any time or region! I prefer to explain things in simple, straightforward ways and connect large events to understandable human desires, impulses, and needs.

I'm a lifelong history lover and world traveler. I majored in history at NYU and minored in economic policy and classical civilization. I'm now at Columbia doing an MA in European history, politics, and society.
