I know what it's like to learn Chinese as a second language. Originally from a small town in Texas, I began studying Chinese at age 14. At age 17, I became the youngest person admitted to Princeton University's language immersion program in Beijing. Following my completion of this program, I attended university at NYU's Shanghai campus for 3 years, where I lived and worked in both casual and professional environments communicating 100% in Chinese.
I am currently a senior at NYU, majoring in Business and Marketing with a minor in Chinese Language and Culture. Whether you have no experience in Chinese language whatsoever, or need some assistance in beginner and intermediate levels of Chinese, I can help you learn new grammatical structures, eliminate your accent, and understand modern Chinese culture.
