About Marcela
Technical formulas are rarely the most important part of a successful financial career. My 12 years of industry experience taught me that the reasoning behind a model matters far more than the data itself.
Having worked with 134 students, I focus on CFA foundations and DCF valuation while explaining bond pricing and portfolio theory. I enjoy connecting these concepts to corporate finance and financial markets, ensuring you understand the why behind the math before we look at the how. I currently balance my time between professional analytical work and mentoring students who want to bridge the gap between school and the office.
