About Nancy

As a first-year civil engineering student at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, I bring a strong foundation and dedication to my tutoring services. Despite being early in my college journey, my academic record speaks for itself – I completed over 14 college classes in high school and graduated with a 3.9 GPA. My experience extends beyond the classroom; I have a history of teaching and mentoring, from assisting younger kids at the library to serving in a mentorship role during my internship at a museum. My diverse tutoring background, including working with family and friends and proficiency in multiple languages, ensures a professional, adaptable, and empathetic approach to teaching. You can be confident in my ability to provide a supportive and effective learning environment, drawing on both my academic achievements and practical teaching experiences.

About the lesson

As an experienced tutor who has successfully guided my little brother and numerous students at the Brooklyn Public Library in mathematics, I bring a practical, empathetic approach to teaching. My ability to tutor in both English and Arabic not only breaks language barriers but also provides a comfortable learning environment for a diverse range of students. I focus on making math relatable and enjoyable, ensuring you gain both understanding and confidence in your math skills. Let's make math less daunting and more achievable together!
