About Anna
I've told you about my musical life already so a little bit about me. I am married to a professional trombone player and both of our children play a mix of instruments (trumpet, violin and piano) so we are a noisy household! I enjoy propagating house plants and making sourdough when I'm not busy making reeds!

I started playing the oboe aged 10 and progressed ultimately studying at the RNCM where I achieved my BMus along with a PPRNCM and PGDip. I have since toured on shows and performed professionally across the North West and abroad whilst teaching a wide range of students in state and private sectors as well as at my home. I have taught both beginner children and adults and up to Grade 8 and beyond. I am experienced in preparing students to enter for graded exams but I am very happy to progress without exams too and will be guided by my students.
