About Alolika
I am a personable, friendly and patient individual who hopes to help students achieve their full potential and reach those top grades. My goal is to allow students to walk into their exams knowing they have done their best and feeling confident in their own ability.
I understand that learning looks different for everyone, and that what works for one student may not work for another. I want to make every lesson as tailored as possible, adapting my approach to suit each individual's needs.
I want to help students build confidence and break down the barriers that can often make students lose confidence.
I believe that asking questions and making mistakes are all important parts of learning, and I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable doing exactly that.
I achieved 11 Grade 9s in my GCSEs, including maths, physics and chemistry. Having completed my GCSEs in 2024, I am up to date with the current specifications. I am available to teach most exam boards but specialise in Edexcel maths and OCR A physics and chemistry.

Having recently completed A Levels in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry, I understand the current UK GCSE specifications, as well as the challenges students face when preparing for exams.
I enjoy helping others understand difficult concepts and believe that the best explanations are clear and concise
As someone with ADHD, I know that everyone learns differently. I know how valuable it is to break topics down into simple steps and explain them in a way that makes sense to the individual student.
My lessons are mainly for GCSE students looking for help in maths, physics, or chemistry.
In addition to GCSE support, if you are an A level student applying to physics/natural sciences or adjacent subjects at university, I am also available for UCAS support, particularly support with personal statements.
