About Joanna

I am an experienced and practicing Polish teacher. I teach courses since 2016 I am currently teaching at several language schools in Berlin. I come from Poland, so Polish is my mother tongue. In addition, I speak fluent German, Hebrew and English. Before moving to Berlin, I had studied in Tel Aviv and successfully completed MA in general linguistics. Language teaching is directly related to my academic interests, my specialization during my studies was the teaching of Polish as a foreign language.

About the lesson

I work with the communicative method. I teach polish in polish. Classes almost almost exclusively in polish is very beneficial. The conversation that we make at the beginning of each lesson forces you to speak for yourself, so it is very important and helps you a lot not only to learn Polish but also to use it actively. The students are definitely making great progress and the course is fun at the same time.
