About Kim

I am a married lady who currently has one kid at the moment, I work full time at a law firm in the accounting department as a bookkeeper and I am currently studying or completing my bcom degree in account, which makes me a student as well. I always had a passion for teaching and empowering people, I am quite skilled at what I do and I have lots of knowledge, experience and information that I would like to share with others.....I also know the importance of needing assistance in areas where some students find it difficult to grasp and understand and as a student, being provided with additional assistance where someone has not only the skill but also the experience to help others where they can is quite refreshing and this is what I would like to offer to others.

About the lesson

My lessons will be on EMS for grade 8 - 9 students as well as the basic and fundamental foundations of economics and accounting, I will also be teaching on grade 10 - 12 accounting skills, from the bookkeeping process to setting up the trial balance, I will be teaching and equipping students on how to draw up the income statements to the balance sheet as well as how to remember those long important balance sheet notes. My focus will be on helping to assist these students on examination preparations,teaching them techniques and skills on how to remember important facts and also making them understanding what they are studying.
What to expect in a typical lesson, I would work on what the student is currently doing in class and which area's they find difficult to understand. Once that has been identified, we will then focus on areas that needs development and work through that, We will then move on to working through the syllabus for the year and focus on what is important for the examination time. All lessons will be done in English.
