About Saini

Hello! My name is Saini and I am a certified yoga instructor and have been using yoga in my everyday practice. I offer an approachable and simple way to explore yoga, which would suit beginners as well as those exposed to yoga previously.

About the lesson

I ensure that every class has enough rigour combined with variety to keep the practice interesting. Each session would have a unique focus area (yoga for core strength, yoga for hips and hamstrings, deep twists and bends, etc.)

I also encourage all my students to embrace yogic breathing along with physical practice
