About Russell
I am a professional drummer that has been playing for over 25 years. I have a very wide music education including Higher Diploma in popular music practice specialising in drumming. a Extended diploma in music technology and i have just completed my Degree in Music Industry Studies specialising in drumming.

I teach beginner, intermediate and advance students. My students can learn from written music, or I can teach by ear. Mainly teach using a mixture of the two. MY lessons are baxedaround what the student wants to learn. This may be a number of songs that have to learn for a gig, or even the very basics of posture, stick grip, rudiments and basic music know drumming patterns.

Russell helped me with learning songs for my band. He was very good at listening to the music and coming up with new ideas for me. He also got me to work on my rudiments to help me play better drum fills throughout the songs. Very good teacher and I am looking forward to my next lessons with him.
