About Christie
I also have a background in HR/ Business Admin but in the long term, I'd like to help my neighbours, friends to find sitllness and connection within them.
Devotion is continued: receptionist of a prestigious yoga studio in Central London, learning from the old teachers.
Start doing private classes around the area. Explore around people and obvs stick with them and their intention
I am your teacher but sometimes student, we can both learn and grow together

Christie’s practice is rooted in Ashtanga and Rocket, weaving traditional postures with playful, challenging movements into an energising yoga flow.
Her classes are for open minds meaning that although we´ll try something new, there will be modifications throughout to make the practice your own.
