About Balbina
I’m a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher with a deep love for mindful movement and intentional living. My teaching blends alignment-based Vinyasa with breath awareness, functional mobility, and a calming grounded presence. I focus on creating an inclusive space where everyone can explore their practice safely and with confidence. My goal is to help students build strength, find balance, and reconnect with themselves—both on and off the mat.
