Methodology
As an educator, I've specialized in creating curriculum that is suited to a person's individual goals. I like to integrate spirituality (mindfulness and meditation) into the teaching of martial arts to hold true to that balance between it being an internal and external practice--the hard and the soft.
Background
I have been studying Chinese Martial arts for over a decade with skilled teachers in places such as China, Taiwan, the US, France, and Indonesia. Though I've been tutoring and holding seminars since 2012, it wasn't until after competing in the gay olympics in 2018 that I've formally begun not only teaching Martial Arts to newcomers, but also advising martial artists on how to deepen their practice.
