About Hunter
Hi! I am a dedicated math tutor who enjoys helping students to build confidence and succeed in math. I believe every student can improve with clear explanations, patience, and personalized instruction. I can tutor courses starting from elementary school up to algebra 2. My goal is to help you understand concepts rather than only memorizing formulas. I adapt my teaching style to each of my students' needs and learning pace.

My goal for my teaching is for my students to understand the universal language of math and be able to speak it fluently. My lesson plans would start with a 5-minute review of previous material followed up by independent practice on current material to get an idea of progress and lastly a lesson summary to increase long-term memory. My tutoring would start at grade school students up to 11th grade. What sets me apart from other instructors is my understanding and my ability to relate with the student in the sense that I have gone through what they have gone through.
