My class always start with stretching before with begin learning. I vary from starting with teaching a hip hop routine making sure the choreography is at a beginners level to meet the pace of the students in the class. I teach in counts of eight until we have accomplished an entire choreography routine. After the hip hop routine if there is enough time i also teach the class the art form of Step Dance. This style is creative and innovative and usually serves as a bonus routine because the culture of step has many other dance genres in the family of dance which makes it very fun, creative and high energy
