About Nisha
Greetings! My name is Nisha Brijesh. I have been trained in Hindustani Classical for over 15 years and continue to do so. Additionally I perform Bollywood songs to private and public audiences. I started teaching Hindustani classical vocals in 2017 to kids and adults. Formerly, I was an IT professional for nearly 20 years.

This class is designed for children who want to start learning Hindustani Classical Vocals. The curriculum starts with a focused regimen on "Alankars" which is essentially the alphabet and the core foundation of everything that follows. So it is absolutely necessary that the student has a good understanding of this before proceeding. The next step would be delving into "Raags" and "Taals" which is the main agenda here. In the process, various key classical concepts and terminology would be taught.
