About Ellen
I first discovered Yoga as a dance artist in the Middle East, In search of a traditional, holistic & ancient philosophical practise, I went to India & studied under respected Yoga Charya Lalit Kumar where I then graduated with Yoga Teacher Training in 2019. My style blends Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Iyengar inspired alignment techniques & I welcome anyone who wishes to start a journey of self discovery.
