About Marina
Native English and Spanish speaker, I'm passionate about helping people to find balance, joy, peace and release stress and tension through the practice of Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative & Gentle Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Yoga for Menstruation and Mental Health. As a practitioner for over 10 years with RYT 200 qualification, I love guiding people to connect with their selves, their body, breath and nature, finding ease and strength within themselves through the life changing practice of yoga, just as I have

My lessons are fluid sequences that focus on opening and empowering each part of your body through flexibility, strength, balance and gentle stretches. In my lessons, I put your personal needs at the forefront, encouraging students to connect with their bodies through short meditations and breath practices, and listening to what your body needs at all times. You can expect an intuitive and grounded practice that focusses on self-care, some challenging postures and always a gentle cool down and savasana to properly integrate each practice.
