About Erinn

From October of 2014 to April of 2015, I taught English at a high school in Toledo, Spain. When my time there was complete, I returned to my home in Michigan, where I would acquire private students from various countries and complete a Master's degree in TESOL. I have private students to this day. Many have told me that they feel more confident speaking English after a few lessons with me, and a couple have even passed proficiency tests partially due to their willingness to practice with a native speaker.

About the lesson

I base my classes on conversation. I try to choose topics that are relevant to each student, and when I begin formulating questions to ask about each topic, grammar and/or vocabulary present themselves. I will teach this material before we begin the discussion.

She is very good teacher. The thing I really like about her is her flexibility. She always tried to adapt her lessons to my skills and my needs. The other important thing for me is her openness. She wasn't just a teacher. We could talk about different things. And that was great practice for me. Now I have English speaking friends in my area, in Russia, and that's the reason why I don't take her lessons anymore. But I strongly recommend Erin to anyone who wants a professional teacher and good friend.
