About Kiharu
I am currently a sixth form student in the UK, however I have lived in Japan for 6 years, and I regularly go to Japan where some of my immediate family live. I took the Japanese GCSE in 2018 with 294/300 marks, so I can tutor regarding that also. I do not have previous formal experience in teaching, however I have taught friends and peers of mine. Academically, I generally perform proficiently with GCSEs for proof, and my lack of experience in teaching is reflected in the price, which is also negotiable.

I think that it is important to cover all bases of the language, whilst being flexible, looking at each person's strengths and weaknesses to focus on some aspects i.e. reading, listening, speaking and writing. I also believe learning the culture at the same time keeps lessons interesting for people who are curious about the culture of Japan and the differences between the UK and Japan, which I have first hand experience of from having lived an active lifestyle in both countries.

Perfect! Good, polite communication. Due to his schedule we are not able to start until next term, but in these times of covid 19, it is understandable. I look forward to next term!
