About Almudena
I have been practicing karate for over 11 years, starting with the JKA Shotokan style, where I built a solid and disciplined technical foundation. Later, I specialized in the Shito-ryu style, training at the Kyodai Karate Galán club, a renowned club with several national and international medalists (WKF). It was during this time that I began competing nationally in Spain, developing a deeper understanding of competitive karate. My main sporting achievements include: 2nd place in the Swedish National Championship, 3rd place in the Swedish Open, and 5th place in the Spanish National Senior League. My approach as an instructor is to help each student make real progress, correcting technical details, improving physical performance, and instilling the mindset necessary to advance to the next level, both in competition and in personal karate practice.

I offer online karate classes taught by a member of the Swedish national karate team, with experience as a national and international medalist. I practice and teach the Shotokan and Shito-ryu styles, and my classes are geared towards karate practitioners who want to improve their technique, performance, and understanding of karate, whether at a recreational or competitive level. During the sessions, you will work on: 1. Personalized technique correction 2. Kihon and kata 3. Practical tips for competition and level progression. Classes are adapted to your level and goals, from beginners to advanced karate practitioners looking to take the next step in their training, all from the comfort of your home. Classes are available in Spanish, English, French, or Swedish. The first class focuses on assessing your level and defining clear improvement goals.
