About Oscar

I spent the first part of my career as a communications consultant, working with large global organisations to help them navigate change and communicate with clarity.

Alongside that, helping people reach their full potential is something that's genuinely interested me, and it's what's led me into coaching. I'm currently training with the Co-Active Training Institute and working towards certification. The Co-Active way isn't about giving advice, but about trusting that people already have what they need and helping them find it. I like working with people who are in the middle of something: a transition, a decision, a goal that feels just out of reach. It's honest, human work, and I find it genuinely energising.

Outside of sessions, I bring the same curiosity and care to how I show up with people generally — I ask a lot of questions and I listen closely.

About the lesson

My approach:

My coaching is built on the Co-Active method — one of the most respected approaches in the field. Co-Active coaching isn't about giving advice or telling you what to do; it's built on the idea that you already have the answers you need. My role is to ask the right questions, hold up a mirror and help you find clarity and momentum in whatever you're working through, whether that's a change you're navigating, a period of transition, something you need to talk out or a goal you're working towards.

Session length:

Sessions typically run for 60 minutes, giving enough space to properly dig into what's going on without it feeling rushed. Some people prefer a single session to think something through, whilst others work with me over a series of weeks or months as they move through a bigger transition or towards a specific goal.

My background:

I'm currently training with the Co-Active Training Institute towards full certification, and I bring 8+ years of experience as a communications consultant working with large global organisations.

I work with adults at any stage of life — whether you're facing a career shift, a personal transition, a big decision or simply want space to think something through properly. You don't need to have it all figured out before we start, you just need to be ready to do the work.
