About Farhan Nur
I am a motivated and patient tutor with a strong academic background in Math and Physics. I completed my Higher Secondary Certificate (Year 12 equivalent) in the Science stream and am currently studying a Bachelor of Information Technology, majoring in Artificial Intelligence, at Macquarie University in Sydney. I enjoy helping students understand difficult concepts in a simple and structured way. My studies at university have strengthened my problem-solving, analytical thinking, and logical reasoning skills, which I apply in my tutoring sessions. As a tutor, I focus on creating a supportive and comfortable learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions. I adapt each lesson to the student’s level, pace, and learning style, ensuring steady progress over time. My goal is to help students build confidence, improve academic performance, and develop strong foundations in Math and Physics through personalized one-to-one online lessons.

My lessons are fully online and one-to-one, designed to suit each student’s level and learning style. I focus on building strong understanding of concepts rather than memorising formulas.
I help students from Year 7 to Year 12 with Maths and Physics, including algebra, trigonometry, calculus basics, and exam preparation. Each lesson is structured but flexible, depending on the student’s needs and school curriculum.
During lessons, I use clear explanations, step-by-step problem solving, and plenty of practice questions. I also help with homework, assignments, and revision before tests and exams.
I believe every student can improve with the right guidance and encouragement. My goal is to help students gain confidence, improve grades, and develop strong problem-solving skills.
