About Toby
My name is Toby Hall and I am a student at Bournemouth School, studying 3 A-levels, one of which is mathematics. I have experience tutoring my cousin and close friends of mine during GCSEs, having found a genuine passion for helping others achieve the results they desire. Coming from my Bournemouth School background, I have been surrounded by shared academic prowess, giving me the ability to effectively share my knowledge with others.

I start by evaluating how much of the content the student already knows, and to what depth. Then I develop a plan of what they need to study, and create a personalised test made out of questions specific to what they need to practise. I also find it particularly helpful to have the student try the question as I explain something they do not understand, as it is easier for them to pick it up, and I find it works extremely well.
