Gaurav tutored me for OCR A-Level Mathematics. He understood the specification very well and therefore could explain things in a way that made sure I understood the content. Even when it took me a few tries to wrap my head around a question, Gaurav would be understanding and continue to aid me, a quality that I believe is crucial for a good tutor. I initially started in a position where I was unable to access even the most basic of questions but through Gaurav's tutoring I began scoring 90%+ (A*'s) consistently in all of my past papers. Gaurav has helped me lots with A Level maths and A Level further maths. When doing past papers, I was struggling with some stats and numerical methods questions. I sent them to him, he took everything back to the basics, broke it down, and then it made a lot of sense. I think one of the things that really helped was how he explained things differently from teachers. He can explain things in a way thats easier to understand and more relatable. He doesn’t just tell you what to do, he explains what he’s doing and why.
