About Emma

Hi, I'm an accredited Mental Health Occupational Therapist with 10 years of clinical experience and a strong academic foundation, including 6+ years of study in Psychology, Health Promotion, and Occupational Therapy.

My career has spanned diverse mental health settings—from leading residential rehab services and working in crisis teams, IPUs, CAMHS, and forensics, to roles in Headspace, first-episode psychosis, trauma therapy, and OT-specific positions in NDIS and DVA. I currently work as a trauma therapist and serve as a clinical supervisor and mentor at Charles Sturt University to students in mental health occupational therapy.

With over 5 years in mental health education, I’m passionate about upskilling the next generation of students and clinicians. My tutoring style is relational, collaborative, and strengths-based—I walk alongside you to build confidence, nurture curiosity, and celebrate those transformative “aha” moments. I also have experience supporting neurodivergent students with tailored, affirming approaches.
