About Lydia
I’m a personal trainer, basketball skills coach, and currently studying to become a Registered Massage Therapist. As a former collegiate athlete, I’m passionate about helping people move better, build confidence, and stay consistent with their training.
My coaching focuses on real-life progress—combining strength training, skill development, and recovery so clients and athletes can feel stronger in and outside of the gym.

Whether you are new to fitness, returning after injury, or looking to improve your basketball performance, sessions are designed to meet you where you are and help you progress safely. I combine structured training, movement education, and accountability to support long-term results and help you move with purpose both on and off the court.
