About VASILIKI
I have a background in Psychology with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and over 5 years of experience working in special educational needs (SEN) settings. I support parents of children with autism and ADHD to better understand behaviour, reduce overwhelm, and build practical strategies that support emotional regulation at home. My approach is calm, structured and grounded in both professional knowledge and real-life experience working closely with children and families.

My sessions are focused on supporting parents of neurodivergent children (including autism and ADHD) to better understand and manage challenges such as emotional dysregulation, meltdowns, anxiety and behaviour.
My approach combines psychological understanding with practical experience from working in SEN settings. Rather than focusing only on behaviour, I help parents understand what is driving the behaviour and how to respond in a way that supports the child’s nervous system.
Sessions are structured but flexible, depending on your needs. We begin by exploring the main challenges you are facing, identifying patterns and triggers, and then building realistic, practical strategies that can be applied at home.
A typical session lasts 45 minutes and is held online. Sessions are calm, supportive and focused on one main area at a time, to avoid overwhelm and ensure clarity.
I have a background in Psychology, a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, and over 5 years of experience working with children in special educational needs (SEN) settings.
These sessions are suitable for parents of children aged approximately 3–12 years who may be experiencing difficulties with regulation, behaviour or anxiety.
