About Khy
My name's Khy I have been a specialist personal trainer for 6 years I have a strong passion for health & fitness I strongly believe a healthy body is a healthy mind we can’t have one without the other. I actively participate in competitive sports along with gym sessions 4-5 times weekly.
I have a passion for helping others linked from previous jobs as a PE Teacher and sports coach.
Would love to support more people to become better versions of themselves.

I am a qualified personal trainer & hold level 4 qualifications in exercise referral, cardiovascular disease, cancer rehabilitation & mental health & have trained over 1000 clients, each session will be approximately 45 minutes to an hour
