About Steven
I am working towards being an elite strength and conditioning coach looking to work in elite sports. My background is football and I have a great network. However, I am a firm believer in coaching all levels of sports and people as I can always learn something new and better my people skills. All I ask is to build good rapport with my clients while helping them achieve their goals and make sure mental health is a top priority.

I use a wide range of exercises and methods depending on the needs of my athletes and can adjust programmes based on my client's goals (e.g. fat loss, body toning, strength, weight gain, etc). I coach online or in person and am very flexible to help meet the needs of my clients.
