About Saurabh
I’m Dr. Saurabh, a PhD-qualified musicologist and piano tutor with over 11 years of international teaching experience. I hold two doctoral degrees in music from the University of Birmingham (2019) and the University of West London (2023), and have taught piano at more than 16 universities across Europe, Asia and Australia. I combine scholarly knowledge with practical piano teaching experience and enjoy making learning engaging, clear and inspiring. I work with students of all levels and age, from beginners to advanced pianists, helping them build confidence, musical understanding and a lifelong love for the piano.

I offer online piano & keyboard lessons that are deeply personalised, with a curriculum crafted individually for each student rather than following a fixed syllabus. My approach is non-structured and organic, allowing technique, musical understanding and expressive playing to develop naturally at a pace suited to each learner’s goals.
Every lesson is recorded and shared so students can revisit concepts, refine their practice and progress with clarity and confidence. I teach from a studio-grade setup with multiple cameras and professional audio equipment; ensuring that posture, hand position, fingering, pedalling and subtle musical nuances are clearly visible, while high-fidelity sound provides an online piano experience comparable to an in-person lesson.
I work with beginners, intermediate and advanced students of all ages, focusing on technical mastery, musical depth and expressive artistry. My aim is to deliver a professional, inclusive and engaging piano & keyboard learning experience that builds confidence, skill and a lifelong love of piano.
