About Jessica
I've been practising yoga since I was 18 years old and got my certification from the Sivananda Ashram in Val Morin in 2013.
Fitness has always been a part of my life, I was a ballerina and a gymnast growing up. Now I'm a fitness freak who loves to motivate people to get in shape and be the best version of themselves.

Each workout will be specifically tailored to your fitness level and goals. Bootcamp / HIIT style training, we're gonna sweat together, we might cry together but most of all we'll have tons of fun! I also like to finish our session with a little yoga stretch.
