•Will I be able to change the date of the lesson?
-Yes you will, in case something unexpected happens, you will be able to change the date and time for the lesson up to 8 hours before it begins.
•Will I be able to cancel the booking?
-Yes, you will be able to cancel it up to 48 hours before it begins. You won't be able to cancel it after that time, but instead you'll be able to change the date
• How do I pay for the lesson?
At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation
• How does a lesson happen?
The class is done through a virtual classroom. My lessons were developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more.
