About Seo Yeong
Hi, I’m Seo-young — a yoga teacher and lifelong student of the body and mind. I’m currently on a world journey, deepening my practice in India and learning from diverse teachers.
With a background in psychology and Korean traditional dance, I believe in the healing power of mindful movement. I’ve always been fascinated by how our inner world shapes our outer experience. Yoga became my path to explore that connection.
My mission is to help people feel more alive, grounded, and joyful — wherever they are in the world. If you’re curious, open-hearted, and ready to grow, I’d love to meet you on the mat.

My classes combine breath technique (pranayama), movement (asana), and meditation for a holistic yoga experience.
Rather than just copying poses, we explore awareness — how each movement feels, and what it teaches us about our bodies and minds.
Classes are clear, simple, and tailored to different levels. I focus on creating a space where you can smile, sweat, and feel truly connected to yourself.
Whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll leave class feeling lighter, stronger, and more present. Let’s grow together — joyfully and mindfully.
