About Soumi

I am a dedicated and passionate yoga instructor holding an M.Sc in Yoga. My academic background provides me with a comprehensive understanding of yogic philosophy, anatomy, and physiology, which I integrate into my teaching. I have been practicing yoga for 12 years and have five years of experience teaching students of all levels. My teaching style emphasizes perfect alignment, breathwork, and mindfulness.
